Victor (SP-1995)
USS Victor, a 74-foot section patrol boat, was built at Camden, New Jersey, in 1917 as a civilian pleasure craft. She was leased to the Navy in November of that year and placed in commission in December. Victor was employed patrolling the entrance to Delaware Bay until the final days of World War I, when she was transferred to the Delaware River. She was decommissioned in late November 1918 and returned to her owner.
