Federals all returned to Memphis and vicinity; four regiments at White's Station. Good many Red River troops landing at Memphis. Lines closed permanently after the 15th. Two furloughed regiments, Second Iowa and Thirty Michigan, have returned to Memphis considerably recruited. Still impressing horses in Memphis.
