2. Bvt. Major John D. Bertolette, assistant adjutant-general, is hereby relieved from duty with the Third Division, Ninth Army Corps, and will report for duty at these headquarters.
3. Lieutenant Colonel G. M. Barber, commanding One hundred and ninety-seventh Ohio Volunteers, having reported with his regiment, in obedience to orders from headquarters Department of Washington, is hereby ordered to report to Brevet Major-General Hartranft, commanding Third Division, Ninth Army Corps, to which division the regiment is assigned.
