Commanding Officer Second Corps:

The commanding general directs that you move your entire corps, in the course of to-morrow, to Rappahannock Station, prepared to cross the river Sunday morning, in support of a cavalry reconnaissance.

Your wagons will be parked at Bealeton in charge of the guard of the First Corps; only the ambulances and ammunition wagons will be taken across the river.

When you have made all the arrangements for the movement to-morrow, the commanding general desires to see you at headquarters.
