I beg leave most respectfully to submit that the transportation of this brigade has been so reduced bgy a recent order the nearly the whole of it is required for foraging, excepting at intervals of short duration, when we might furninsh 12 or 15 wagons; but ordivarily, unless a move is contemplated, we can furnish 8 or 10 wagons.
