I think Judge Sharkey is at his plantation on the Bogasha, near the mouth of Big Black,. A Mobile paper of the 22nd announced that our cavalry expedition to Grenada has destroyed the place and a vast amount of railroad stock there, and that Gillmore's guns have leveled the walls of Fort Sumter. Ask Rawlins for a copy of the dispatch.

Van Cleve has sent couriers to open communication with Burnside.
