it is reported you are lacking in facilities and ability to make the large transportation desired, and as you throught when I saw you you would be able to do. Please advise me definitely and as early as practicable. I will give any orders you may desire for taking machinery at any point for the use of your road. I know there are no difficulties not insuperable which you will not conquer. Pray give every instruction and use every means to secure the most perfect safety in passing from Columbus to Wheeling; also keep the agent of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad advised of your progress.
