Since my dispatch General Johnston has concluded to send thirten of the forty-eight cars from here loaded with cotton for New Berne, and wishes the train to leave here between 9 and 10 o'clock, instead of at daylight. Please have engine here large enough to carry the thirteen cars, and have the other thirty-five ready at Shops to go on with this train without delay. Answer at once.
