III. The Fifth Kentucky Cavalry, Second, Third, and Fourth Tennessee Cavalry, and Seventy-second Indiana Mounted Infantry
will proceed, under the command of the senior officer of the Fourth Regiment, to Nashville, via Fort Henry. On his arrival at Nashville he will report to the headquarters for further orders.
