2. Captain William B. Wright, Twenty-fifth U. S. Colored Infantry, having reported at these headquarters in compliance with Special Field Orders, Numbers 11, current series, from headquarters Army and Division of West Mississippi, is announced as acting assistant inspector-general of this district.

3. Captain Roland Rombauer, First Florida Cavalry, assistant provost-marshal, is announced as provost-marshal of the district, and will be obeyed and respected accordingly.
