The One hundred and forty-ninth Ohio Volunteer Militia, Colonel A. L. Brown, left Camp Dennison for Baltimore at 11 o'clock last evening. The One hundred and fifty-fifth Ohio Volunteer Militia, Colonel H. H. Sage, left Camp Dennison for New Creek, Va., at 5 o'clock this morning.

Have I authority to muster into service for ninety days an officer, Colonel Lee, of Governor Andrew's staff? He is a graduate of West Point. I need some field officer connected with the Massachusetts militia to take charge of and superintend the militia companies who are without regimental organization. Governor Andrew request this.
