McCook commanding, is hereby relieved from duty with the First Separate Brigade, and will be put en route at once for Fort Delaware, to report to Brigadier-General Schoepf. The quartermaster's department will furnish the necessary transportation. Brigadier General E. B. Tyler, commanding Second Separate Brigade, is charged with the execution of this order.
