GENERAL: We are at present unable to get Arlington House, and lest your telegram of 6. 30 p. m. to General De Russy might be important I thought best to inform you that it might be sent by orderly.

In the mean time we will endeavor to get Arlington and send it soon as possible. If you send orderly to General De Russy will you be so kind as to have him order the operator to report at once by telegraph?
