They will march to Washington, and, on arrival there, report to Major-General Augur: Company D, Twenty-first Regiment New York Cavalry; detachment First (Lincoln) Cavalry. Brigadier General E. B. Tyler, commanding First Separate Brigade, is charged with the execution of this order.
