66. Paragraph 29 of Special Orders Numbers 129, March 28, 1864, from this office, is hereby revoked, and the following substituted:

Major General C. C. Washburn, U. S. Volunteers, will at once repair to Annapolis, Md., and report to Major-General Burnside, U. S. Volunteers, for assignment to duty, to command a division of the Ninth Army Corps.
