XIII. Major H. R. Teasdale, quartermaster, &c., will relieve Major E. C. Simkins as chief quartermaster of the District of Florida. Major Simkins, on being relieved, is assigned to duty as chief quartermaster of Sub-District Numbers 1. Florida, and will report to Colonel Caraway Smith, commanding, &c.
