The company of Oregon infantry raised at Jacksonville will remain at Camp Barker until weather permits it to go to Fort Klamath, when it will to ordered to latter station.

Fort Vancouver, Wash. Ter., March 6, 1865.I. Pursuant to instructions of the 3rd instant, from headquarters Department of the Pacific, the company of Oregon Infantry arised at Jacksonville will remain at Camp Baker, and will, when the communications permit, repair to Fort Klamath.
II. The officers and men belonging to companies of the First Washington Territory Infantry raised in California will be mustered out of service here, or in San Francisco, as they shall elect. This order is issued by authority of the 3rd instant fromm department headquarters.

San Francisco, Cal., March 7, 1865.Brigadier General Benjamin Alvord will turn over the command of the District of Oregon to the senior on dudty under him, and then proceed, in compliance with instructions from the War Department, to Washington City, and report in person to the Adjutant-General of the Army. The occasion is taken to command the zeal, activity, and fidelity with which General Alvord has discharged the duties of his command.
