Such of the men belonging to the Third, Seventeenth, Twenty-second, Twenty-third, Twenty-fifth, Twenty-sixth, Twenty-seventh, Twenty-eighth, and Thirty-first Regiments Louisiana Volunteers, paroled at Vicksburg and Port Hudson, as have gone on furlough to West Louisiana, will be reassembled at Alexandria, La., under the supervision of Brigadier General H. W. Allen.

Colonel Bankhead has been ordered to re-enforce General Steele.
