Report hereafter to Colonel Philips, commanding District of Central Missouri. Part of your regiment being in General Fisk's district, trimonthly reports will be sent to him, but all other papers through Colonel Philips. Colonel Philips will be instructed to give you command of the sub-district you are in, in order that you can control the troops.
