Will send messenger to-morrow with mail, &c. Matters generally quiet in Missouri. No trouble except what Truman has created. General Sanborn reported the surrender to him of Colonel Schnable, with his regiment, 400 strong, at Yellville, Ark., on yesterday. Kirby Smith has surrendered his entire army to General Canby. This is announced officially by Secretary Station.
