The Second Regiment Arkansas Volunteer Cavalry is hereby relieved from duty in the Department of Missouri and will be forwarded without delay to Memphis, Tenn., and reported on arrival there to the commanding general District of West Tennessee. The quartermaster's department will furnish the necessary transportation.
