Stringham, commanding Atlantic Blockading Squadron, to leave at Fort Lafayette under command the following named men as prisoners, viz: From the schooner Colonel Long-E. C. Myatt, master; Frederick Mortimer, William Perry, Charles W. Fannigan, William Smith, Thomas Kelly, Charles Willimas, Peter Reily.

From the U. S. steam frigate Minnesota-John F. Newton, William St. George.

Requesting that you will be pleased to furnish me with a receipt for the above-named persons, I am, very respectfully, yor obedient servant,
