COLONEL: I have the honor to submit to you the following application, viz, that the parole of honor given by me on the 3rd of February, 1864, and accepted by Colonel William Wallace, then commandant of Camp Chase, be revoked, and that I be sent to the Ohio State Prison or to the prison in which the prisoners of war now confined in the Ohio State Prison shall be convinced at the date of the approval of this application.

The Secretary of War decides that the parole of Basil W. Duke be canceled on his giving himself up, and that he be sent to the State prison or penitentiary at Columbus, and that immediately thereafter he be transferred to Fort Delaware.
