GARRISON, GROUNDS, AND QUARTERS.

All in excellent order and police, far surpassing in this respect any others coming under my inspection.

Hospital. - In very good order, but occupying a building entirely in fit for the purpose. A new hospital is being erected, consisting of two wards, each twenty-five beds. The hospital is under the charge of Acting Assistant Surgeon ---, and reflects credit upon his management.
