One hundred guerrillas are concentrating at Judge Grey's. Colonel Ford is sending troops out from Independence. Call into Lexington the troops at Wellington immediately. Call out the citizen guards, Captain Eneberg and Tutt. Major Spratt will issue arms and ammunition upon the requisition of the captains, and take their receipts for the same. I have sent messenger to Captain Burris. Advise Major Mullins.
