GENERAL MARTINDALE'S HEADQUARTERS, June 19, 1864.
A report came from General Ricketts half an hour ago that he was just crossing the pontoon at Point of Rocks, having been delayed by the trains of Eighteenth Corps. General Martindale's troops will be relieved at dark by my First and Second Division, and General Ricketts, upon arriving, will be placed in reserve.
