The following batteries of artillery are assigned to the corps, and will be assigned or brigaded by the corps commander: Battery K, Third New York Artillery A, Fifth U. S. Artillery; Battery M, Third New York Artillery; Battery E, Third New York Artillery; Fourth Wisconsin Battery; Battery E, First B, Second U. S. Colored Troops, Light Artillery; Battery B, First U. S. Artillery.

The Tenth Army Corps will be organized under command of Brigadier General W. T. H. Brooks, as follows:

The First Division, to be commanded by Brigadier General A. H. Terry, will comprise the following: First Brigade - Eighty-fifth Pennsylvania Volunteers, Thirty-ninth Illinois Volunteers, Sixty-second Ohio Volunteers, Sixty-seventh Ohio Volunteers. Second Brigade - Seventh Connecticut volunteers, Sixth Connecticut Volunteers, Seventh New Hampshire volunteers, Third New Hampshire Volunteers. Third brigade - Eleventh Maine volunteers, Twenty-fourth massachusetts volunteers, One hundredth New York Volunteers, Tenth Connecticut Volunteers. The First Maryland (dismounted) Cavalry is attached to this division and will be assigned to brigade by General Terry.

The Second Division will be under command of brig. General John W. Turner, and will be organized as follows: First Brigade - Third New York Volunteers, One hundred and forty-second New York volunteers, One hundred and seventeenth New York Volunteers, One hundred and twelfth New York Volunteers. Second Brigade - Forty-seventh New York Volunteers, Forty-eighth New York Volunteers, One hundred and fifteenth New York Volunteers, Seventy-sixth Pennsylvania Volunteers. Third Brigade - One hundred and sixty-ninth New York Volunteers, Thirteenth Indiana Volunteers, Ninth Maine Volunteers, Ninety-seventh Pennsylvania Volunteers, Fourth New Hampshire Volunteers.

The Third Division, under command of Brigadier General O. S. Ferry, will be organized as follows: First Brigade, Brigadier General G. Marston - One hundred and thirty-eighth Ohio Volunteers, National Guard; One hundred and thirty-thirty Ohio Volunteers, National Guard; One hundred and forty-third Ohio Volunteers, National Guard; One hundred and fifty-fifth Ohio Volunteers, National Guard; One hundred and sixty-third Ohio Volunteers, National Guard.
