15. First Lieutenant R. P. Strong, Signal Corps, U. S. Army, is hereby relieved from duty at the Signal Camp of Instruction, Georgetown, D. C., and will report in person without delay to the chief signal officer, Army of the Potomac, for duty.

16. Captain G. S. Dana, Signal Corps, U. S. Army, is hereby relieved from duty with the signal detachment, Army of the Potomac, and will report in person without delay to the chief signal officer, headquarters Army of the Ohio, in the field, for duty.

17. Sergt. Charles Wentworth, Signal Corps, U. S. Army, is hereby relieved from duty with the signal detachment, Department of Virginia and North Carolina, and will report in person without delay to the chief signal officer, headquarters Department of the Susquehanna, for duty. The quartermaster's department will furnish the necessary transportation.
