GENERAL: Deserter from Forty-fourth North Carolina, MacRae's Brigade, of Heth's division, came into the lines of the Ninth Army Corps last evening. Reports no change in the enemy's position on their right. He brings a repetition of the rumor that all or part of facts to substantiate it.
