In pursuance of Social Orders, Numbers 16, paragraph V, dated headquarters First Division, Fourteenth Army corps, November 15, 1864, I hereby assume command of the Second Brigade of this division, composed of the Sixty- ninth Ohio, Thirteenth Michigan, and Twenty- first Michigan Volunteer Infantry.

This division moves at 11 this a. M, in the following order: Second Brigade, battery, First Brigade, Third Brigade, ambulances, division headquarters wagons, brigade headquarters wagons in the order of march, hospital train, ordnance train, commissary and quartermaster trains. Each regimental commander will have his own wagon immediately in rear of his regiment. Only ambulances sufficient to carry the sick and broken- down men will follow in rear of the brigades, the reminder as indicated above. Cattle in rear of all the trains. All
