The Seventeenth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, Colonel Francis E. Patterson commanding, will take rail transportation from this place to-morrow to Baltimore, en route to Philadelphia, to be mustered out of service. The commanding general takes pleasure in bearing testimony to the invariable good conduct of this regiment, evinced not only through their whole term, but in their willingness, promptly expressed, to remain in the field when their term of enlistment had expired.
