Fairfax Court-House, Va., March 13, 1862.1. Brigadier General Philip Kearny is relieved from duty with his brigade (Franklin's division), and will report for duty to Brigadier General E. V. Sumner, to relieve him in the command of his division.
2. Brigadier General Charles S. Hamilton is relieved from duty with his brigade (Bank's division), and will report for duty to Brigadier General S. P. Heintzelman, to relieve him in the command of his division.
3. Brigadier General D. N. Couch will at once relieve Brigadier General E. D. Keyes in the command of his division.
4. Brigadier General Rufus King will at once relieve Major General Irvin McDowell in the command of his division.
