All power naval property, including the magazines, Naval Hospital, sunken naval vessels, and grounds formerly occupied by the Navy Department, should be turned over to the agents of the Navy Department. The Naval Hospital building will continue for the present to be occupied by the medical department of the Army, though recognized as naval property.
