Cany you have a train consisting of a locomotive and a single baggage car ready in say two hours to start for Hagerstown via Harrisburg? The car will be loaded with ammunition and it is of the umot importance to run the train through at the highest possible speed so as to reach Hagerstown in the morning. This train must have the right of way on the whole route.
