XXI. All artillery companies unattached to brigades, divisions, or army corps, or not assigned to duty int the redoubts about Richmond or Manchester, will make their requisitions through Lieutenant Colonel J. C. Shields, commanding the Camp of Instruction, and make their morning reports to him. The cavalry and infantry companies situated in like manner will make their requisitions through the chief of General Winder's staff and send their morning reports to him.

Captain Goodwyn's company will report for duty to Colonel Thomas S. Rhett, commanding the batteries, &c., Richmond.
