Commanding Kemper's Brigade:
GENERAL: The major-general commanding directs that you have your troops at the railroad at daylight to-morrow morning, ready to take the cars. On arriving at Gordonsville you will report to Major General T. J. Jackson. The general commanding wishes you to direct your quartermaster to carry his train through as rapidly as possible, hauling forage for his animals.

GENERAL: The major-genera commanding directs that you have your troops ready to take the cars early to morrow morning, provided with three days' cooked provisions. You will be further notified of the hour at which you will be at the depot. The general commanding wishes you to direct your quartermaster to carry his transportation round, with the baggage and forage for his animals, the troops carrying with them but knapsacks, blankets, and rations in haversacks.

GENERAL: From information just received it is found that your troops cannot be transported to-morrow morning, as was previously intimated. The major-general commanding directs that you will hold yourself in readiness to move to-morrow evening or the morning of the next day. Timely notice will be given of the hour at which it is desired that you will arrive at the depot.
