WATERY MOUNTAIN SIGNAL STATION,

No change in enemy's camp. Camp smokes in vicinity of Stevensburg and Brandy Station very heavy, extending nearer to Culpeper than heretofore. Dense smoke below Rappahannock Station about opposite Kelly's Ford. The force in immediate vicinity Rappahannock Station apparently not as large.
