CIRCULAR.] HEADQUARTERS THIRD ARMY CORPS,

Catlett's, Octobr 30, 1863.

The First Division will march at 7 a. m. and take position at Warrenton Junction, on Licking run Heights, right resting upon or near the railroad. The Third Division will from the center of the line, taking position on the left of the First Division. The Second Division will take position on the left of the Third Division.

The formation of the lines will be in each division as follow: First line delopyed, brigade front; Second and Third Brigades, in battalions at half distance, taking deloying intervals.

Can you see any indications of the enemy at the following points: Admissville, Jefferson opposite Freeman's Ford, Rixeyville, Rappahannock Station, Stevensburg, Culpeper Court-House, Brandy Station, and Kelly's Ford? Answer carefully. Your dispatch was received.

Yours message was received. I see no indications of may force of enemy at Amissville, Jefferson, Rixeyville, or Freeeman's Ford. Camp smoke at Rapahannock Station and vicinity Kelly's Ford. Large camps can plainly be seen near Brandy Station and between Aestham River and the railroad line. Caps es[tablished] on Mountain Creek in front Pony Mountain. Cannot see Stevensburg on account smoke intervening. Enemy has signal stations on Pony Mountain and near Rapahannock Station.
