Harper's Ferry:
Wright's and Crook's commands should immediately move toward Emmitsburg. They must makd a night march. Emory will be sent toward Frederich to form a junction with you. If the enemy moves from Chambersburg toward Harrisburg, you will be nearly on his rear; if toward Baltimore, you will have the inner flank.
