I. Captain Horation N. Wheeler, assistant adjutant- general of U. S. Volunteers,is hereby announced on duty at these headquarters. He will be obeyed and respected accordingly.

II. First Lieutenant William B. Pratt, Thirty- first Missouri Volunteer Infantry, is assigned to duty as acting aide- de- camp in the field, and will be respected accordingly.

III. Captain Frank C. Gillette, One hundred and twenty- seventh Regiment Illinois Volunteers,is hereby appointed provost marshal Fifteenth Army Corps, and will be respected accordingly.
