Colonel Croxton Fourth Kentucky is at Snake Creek Gap. He will move to-night to Villanow; at daylight in the morning to Ship's Gap to the relief of La Fayette, which is threatened by enemy. Colonel Moore left here for Tunnel Hill yesterday evening.

Colonel Murray is to-night near Calhoun, with one regiment on way to Resaca; will reach there to-morrow. Colonel Baldwin with parts of two regiments is near Resaca. Will telegraph him at once to do what he can to render assistance if needed. He is out of forage, and has been for two days.
