SIR: Have just heard from Orleans. He says 500 rebels at Paoli now. The company of United States cavalry, 80 men, who came there Saturday morning, and the Oleans Home Guards, have gone to meet the rebels, and want help at once. I have sent a messenger on a hand-car with message to Mitchell and Buford.
