The quota of troops from your State for three years or during the war, under the second call of the President, is one regiment. The plan of organization contained in Order Numbers 15 has already been forwarded you by mail. As soon as the regiments are ready the mustering officer sent to your State will muster them into service, who has already been instructed to do so.
