II. Lieutenant Colonel M. R. Morgan is hereby appointed chief commissary of subsistence of the army in the field, and will be obeyed accordingly. Lieutenant Colonel M. P. Small will proceed to Fortress Monroe and forward all supplies, as required by Lieutenant-Colonel Morgan.
