| Introduction/History: | Founded in 1951 and celebrating our 58th anniversary. Meetings include dinner at 6:00 p.m. followed by lectures. Speakers have included award-winning authors/historians with names such as Goodwin, McPherson, Robertson, Foote, Bearss, Symonds, Holzer to name a few. We present the Fletcher Pratt Literary Award each May and have since 1956. We also present the Baroness/Lincoln Award every February and have since 1962. Each May we sponsor battlefield tours. | |
