GENERAL; Baird is moving out fom his camp at this place. Morgan got across the river last night at 9 o'clock, and will march from that place at daylight. We will make a long march to- day if all things proper as exzpected.

GENERAL: I am directed by the major- general commanding to say that the advance is within five miles of Lowe's Bridge. He wishes you to caution the commande of your rear division to keep well closed up, as we have just captured a dispatch fromGeneral Butler, showing his headquarters to be at Bostick's Mills and also that Hmpton and Wheeler have crossedt he Pedee. He dows not know where Kilpatrick is.
