II. All the officers and men belonging to the Provisional Division, Army of the Tennessee, commanded by Brigadier General G. S. Greene, and now moving with the army, will at once return to their respective commands. All the field transportation now used by the Provisional Division will be left in charge of the acting chief commissary of the division, to be disposed of under the direction of Lieutenant Colonel J. F. Boyd, acting chief quartermaster, army in the field.

C., will proceed by water without delay to New Berne, N. C., and report to Bvt. Brigadier General G. W. Schofield, chief of artillery. The quartermaster's department will furnish transportation.
